Michael was born in Slovakia in the mid seventies. Since childhood he was heavily influenced by electronic and synthesizer music with his main playlist being that of Depeche Mode, Alphaville or Everything but the girl. By age 15 he founded his first band, The Bronx Avenues. The Bronx Avenues performed throughout Slovakia in numerous live shows.
After 3 years he formed the band MM Flames with Maros Macek. It was the love of house music that brought these two together. They became stable residents of the most famous house music club in Bratislava, Boccaccio. The duo performed live every Friday. In 1993 MM Flames was considered the number one house music group in Slovakia. After this success Michael went to Israel for an extended period of time. Because of this the band eventually split.Â
The reunion of MM Flames came in 1997 when they founded a project called Heaven Street Seven. They were signed by BMG Ariola, Slovakia and released their first singles "Get Me" and "Like a Rain". Both songs became dance hits in Slovak radios and clubs. In 2003 the band released a special demo CD "Bottom Line Amsterdam". They made a successful tour through Slovak clubs and collaborated with other musicians and singers.Â
In 2004 both members decided to go their own ways. Michael took a 4 year break from composing music. During this time he performed as a DJ under his own labels "House of Pressburg" or "DJew". In 2008 Michael decided to return to composing as a solo artist. This is his site.
